It almost seems unheard of during these times, but despite the prevalent downsizing going on in many local and global agencies as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Xiklab Digital decided to move forward in hiring a new senior talent, adding a new Digital Media Director to its leadership team. Effective June 15, 2020, Xiklab Digital will be welcoming Frank Francisco who will take on this key role.
Coming off its recent announcement to continue its work-from-home set-up until the end of 2020 for its 80+ strong digital marketing team, Xiklab Digital has decided to reinforce its decision to invest more in essentials, that is, in people, rather than real estate space.
“In our business, the most essential assets are our people,” says Arthur Policarpio, CEO of Xiklab Digital. “Our earlier decision to do away with a physical office for the rest of 2020 has freed up significant resources to help us invest in more talent to ensure that we deliver game-changing digital marketing solutions for all our clients. The entry of Frank will also allow us to give our current Director for Media & Strategy Benj Espina the opportunity to focus on expanding our digital business consulting and strategy services,” says Arthur.
“Frank’s role will be critical also as we move into more markets outside of the Philippines and Singapore in our push to capture the expected accelerated global shift to more performance-based digital marketing campaigns,” says Bingo Soriano, CEO for International.
“I am excited to join Xiklab Digital, which is like some kind of homecoming for me,” says Frank. “I was part of Mobext Philippines in its third year of operation, around 5 years before it merged into Xiklab Digital.”
