Group Marketing Manager
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job is to lead in defining the company’s marketing strategies covering corporate identity, positioning, pricing, product/ service offering, route to market, and personnel development in order to deliver a unified and competitive approach in meeting market demands and business/ commercial short-term and long-term objectives.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. “Listen” to the trends of the markets and direct the market research efforts of the companies.
  2. Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach in all aspects of marketing, thereby defining the marketing strategies to support the overall objectives of the companies.
  3. Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
  4. Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (i.e. solutions (products/services) development, branding, communications, personnel development, etc.) and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice” across the markets.
  5. Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels.
  6. Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
  7. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, mid-level management and marketing positions or similar roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (i.e. branding, product development, promotion, HR training, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels.
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other relative fields.
