As part of Xiklab’s engagement with Krispy Kreme Philippines, the team launched DIGIKNOW, a learning event held for the brand’s internal stakeholders from various departments including, Marketing, IT, Sales, and Store Operations. Also in attendance were Krispy Kreme VIPs and executives.
Together with notable speakers with various digital expertise, the event covered topics that included food trends, digital transformation, social commerce, and user experience, among others.
The goal of the event was to equip Krispy Kreme’s internal stakeholders with digital acumen and the vision and ability to execute their eCommerce and digital initiatives.
